Assessor's Hours:
Wednesdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
Tentative Assessment Roll - Special hours for 2024: if you received an assessment change letter, the Assessor will be available to discuss your assessment on May 15th 4pm - 8pm, May 25th 9am - 1pm, and on Grievance Day, May 29th 4pm - 8pm, in addition to normal business hours.

Exemptions
All exemptions including annual renewals of Agricultural (RP305r) and Enhanced Star & Senior/Low Income (RP425) must be filed by March 1st for the upcoming year. The completed forms must be either mailed or dropped off to the Assessors office during normal business hours along with all required documentation. Visit the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance for instructions and forms.
